Vg show, agree with other reviews.
The recording is very good as well. Very close to stage, it captures an interesting mix of PA and actual stage sound.

Subject: best eyes
I have to agree with what is said, The version of eyes really stuck to me. I liked the sped of tempo to give it just enough edge to make it raw but not destroy the song. I feel also that the version of Stella blue was one of my favorite. To bad i was not alive then but this recording brought new birth do these excellent songs. ecspecially roses. and lost sailor

Subject: Crazy to hear this show the way I heard it that evening.
To me this was a top notch effort that stood out among some pretty stellar efforts over the years. I had seen most of the shows that summer. I was on my way back east and stopped in Iowa on the way. What a treat. The stella stuck out as a special version along with the eyes, the first set Stagger Lee and miracle bertha. I've always been partial to a kickin Aiko especially in a venue the size of this field house. This show had a number "veteran" aspects. High energy and well well worth a spot in your collection.
